What is Slow Body Movement?
A space to reconnect with your body, slowly and in your own time, guided by empowering music and gentle movement. For anyone who wants to slow time down, or who would like to dance in a softer, more gentle way, this is your moment to let your body move freely, without pressure or intensity. We’ll connect with our inner world, listen to the body, and learn about its strength and boundaries. Together, we release tension and gently awaken the natural flow of energy, blood, and oxygen through slow, mindful movement.
And don’t worry, no dance experience is needed!
Every week, we learn a new choreography. The vibe and style of the dance change each time. I’ve had the privilege of learning many different styles, and I love to share, teach, and guide you through the beautiful diversity of dance movement and music genres.
The diversity of this world is beautiful, and sharing it through dance is my joy. Come explore and discover this beauty with me!
