
My purpose is to make dance accessible to everyone. No one should feel afraid or intimidated to walk into a dance class, regardless of age or experience. Dance, for me, is not about perfection, frustration, anxiety, judgment, or competition.

SLOW BODY MOVEMENT

A space to reconnect with your body, slowly, in your own time, guided by empowering music and soft dance movement.
For anyone who wants to let time slow down, or who would like to dance in a softer gentle way, this is your moment to let your body move freely, without pressure or intensity.
We’ll connect with our inner world, listen to our body, learn about his strenght and boundaries, release tension and gently awaken the natural flow of energy, blood and oxygen through slow, mindful dance movement.

DANCEFIT
Wednesdays 8-9pm | Rotterdam
This class is a one-hour mini party, dance workout, and fun cardio session where we move, shake, and activate every part of the body. You’ll dance, sweat, and release your energy while building strength and confidence, finishing the class with a powerful and positive feeling to carry with you into the rest of your week.
During the class, you’ll learn basic steps inspired by different dance styles such as hip hop, afro, funk, house, reggaeton, salsa, and more. We combine these movements into easy and enjoyable choreographies that focus on fun, freedom, and feeling good rather than performance.
Come enjoy yourself, have fun, and take care of your body through movement!

HIGH HEELS

A moment for sensuality, releasing fear and finding your true power. Dancing in heels with expressive, fluid, sensual movement!
My High Heels Class is all about respecting our bodies and embracing our womanhood. There will be no exaggerated or overly provocative moves because I believe you can be sensual with integrity and still stay true to who you are.
We’re not here to seek attention, but to empower ourselves in the right way by fully stepping into our feminine power. Heels can help us tap into that confidence and express ourselves with strength, softness and self-respect.

HIP HOP CHOREOGRAPHY
Thursdays 8-9pm | Rotterdam
This class is for dancers with some experience (any style) who want to refine their movement, explore hip hop culture and unlock new creative energy!
Hip hop has been my language since I was a little girl and now it's time again to share that knowledge with you all!
Master choreos with detail musicality & flow! Blend hip hop with afro, funk & more!

BREATHE & STRETCH

This class is a gentle, beginner-friendly class where you slow down, move softly and reconnect with your body through conscious stretching and breathing.
There is no pressure and no performance, just care, presence and relaxation.
You’ll learn how to stretch safely and intuitively, breathe deeply during movement, release tension from your body and nervous system, and truly listen to what your body needs, so you leave the class feeling calm, grounded and reconnected.
This class happens only once a month during the Slow & Connect Week!

SLOW & CONNECT
Thursdays 7-9pm | Rotterdam | Once a month
This is not a class. It’s a pause, a breath, a moment to truly meet.
Once a month we gather in a cozy bar or restaurant to talk, laugh and connect beyond the dance floor. No expectations, no judgement, just real people and real conversations. It’s a space to soften, to rest, to honor feminine energy and to create a sense of belonging with others who share the same love for dance. Come as you are, stay as long as you like, and leave with a lighter heart and new faces in your life.
