What is High Heels?

A moment for sensuality, releasing fear, and finding your true power, dancing in heels with expressive, fluid, sensual movement! My High Heels Class is all about respecting our bodies and embracing our womanhood. There will be no exaggerated or overly provocative moves because I believe you can be sensual with integrity and still stay true to who you are. We’re not here to seek attention, but to empower ourselves in the right way, by fully stepping into our feminine power. Heels can help us tap into that confidence and express ourselves with strength, softness, and self-respect. And don’t worry, no dance experience needed!

All classes are standing classes, which means we do not do floorwork. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your background, level, or age.

Which Class Should I Choose?

From 29 October 2026, we will offer different types of High Heels classes:

1. High Heels Choreography | Beginners | Thursdays 8–9 PM

This class is designed for people who are completely new to High Heels dancing and would like to try something new and different. Maybe you feel a need or desire to reconnect with your femininity and experience another level of self-expression, and something inside you is calling you to explore it.

This class is accessible, safe, welcoming, and full of good vibes and love. The teacher will guide you through fun and beautiful beginner choreographies, where healthy sensuality and your inner feminine energy can unfold.

2. High Heels Choreography | Intermediate | Tuesdays 7–8 PM

This class is designed for people who are familiar with High Heels dancing and are looking for more challenging choreographies. You don't need to have fully mastered your foundational technique, but you should have some knowledge of lines, positions, and how to stand and move properly in heels.

The class is called Intermediate because the learning process is faster and the songs and movements are more energetic. If you have already taken some High Heels classes, have some dance experience, and can comfortably follow choreography, this class could be exactly what you need!

We will not focus on foundational technique, as that is what the Foundations & Technique class is for. Instead, we will fully focus on intermediate movement, musicality, and choreography.

Be prepared to challenge yourself, master the dance floor, and discover your power while dancing in heels!

3. High Heels Foundations & Practice | Thursdays 8–9 PM | Once a month

The Foundations & Practice class takes place once a month during Slow & Connect Week. It is the perfect addition to your 3-Week Choreo Class Pass.

This class focuses on the foundations of High Heels dancing. There is no choreography. Instead, we focus on stretching, walking techniques, basic movements, exercises, and technique to deepen and improve your movement during choreography classes.

This is an essential class for anyone who wants to dance properly, confidently, and safely in high heels. Building a strong foundation is key to developing your technique and getting the most out of your choreography classes.

The class is accessible, safe, welcoming, and full of good vibes and love. It gives you enough time for deep practice, repetition, and learning the foundations properly.

Once a month is the perfect amount of time to learn, refresh your knowledge, practice, and reconnect with your technique, all at your own pace.

What You'll Learn

- The fundamentals of walking and dancing confidently in heels

- Basic posture, balance, and body awareness techniques

- How to move fluidly, gracefully, and in tune with your body

- Sensual, expressive choreography that honors your femininity

- Tools to build self-confidence, self-respect, and inner strength

- How to release fear and connect with your authentic sensual power, without needing to perform or impress

What You'll Need

High heels that fit your feet well, and socks in case you’re not used to wearing them. No need for knee pads, we won’t be doing floorwork in my classes (and if that ever changes, I’ll let you know in advance). Wear clothes you feel comfortable in. I’m definitely not expecting sexy outfits but if you feel like showing up in one, please do! Whatever makes you feel woman, good, powerful, and free! You are so welcome exactly as you are!
