What is Breathe & Stretch?

Breath & Stretch is a gentle, beginner-friendly class where we slow down, move softly, and reconnect with our bodies through conscious stretching and breathing exercises. No pressure. No performance. Just care, presence, and relaxation. Learning how to breathe correctly and how to use your breath while stretching is incredibly important. Your breath is one of the few things you can consciously influence in your physical body. Understanding the life force energy carried by your breath can be empowering, helping you support your health and strengthen your immune system.

This class is suitable for beginners and teaches simple ritual exercises you can also practice at home whenever you need them. I bring together my knowledge to create a unique stretching experience where you leave feeling more fulfilled, grounded, and inspired.

What You'll Learn

- How to stretch safely and intuitively
- How to breathe deeply and naturally during movement
- How to release tension from your body and nervous system
- How to listen to your body instead of forcing it
- How to feel more calm, grounded and connected after class

What You'll Need

A yoga mat, comfortable breathable clothing that allows you to stretch freely and a bottle of water.

€12,50 | Try-out class

€16,50 | Single class

€75 | 5 credits class pass (3 months available)

€140 | 10 credits class pass (6 months available)

Sweet reminder: the try-out ticket can only be used once per person per class. Already tried a class? You’re welcome to join again with the other possibilities!

 

This class takes place only once a month during Slow & Connect Week (check the Agenda in the App). You can use your existing class credits or book a try-out or single-class ticket to join.
